With funding from the National Family Caregiver Support Program and the State Kinship Caregivers Support Program, Kitsap ALTC contracts with
Kitsap Community Resources to provide services to grandparents and other relatives raising children throughout the county.
The program provides:
- information to relative caregivers about available services.
- assistance to relative caregivers in gaining access to the services.
- limited financial assistance.
- emergency support services.
