Seeking Representative for the Central Kitsap Community Council

PORT ORCHARD, WA—Commissioner Brown is looking for citizens interested in serving their community on the Central Kitsap Community Council. The Central Kitsap Community Council is a seventeen member council that reviews and makes recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners on growth management issues such as: land use and zoning, public utility service delivery, transportation improvements, parks and recreation, design standards, public safety, taxes and fees, and environmental protection. The council serves as an important communication link between the citizens of Central Kitsap and the Board of Kitsap County Commissioners.
