July 4th Closures for Garbage and Recycling

(Port Orchard)-The July 4 holiday will result in several changes to garbage pick-up schedules and drop-off garbage and recycling:

Kitsap County Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility 
Closed. 

Drop-off Facilities
The drop boxes at Bainbridge Island, Hansville, Poulsbo, Silverdale, and Olalla ---closed.

Olympic View Transfer Station
Open.

Residential and Commercial Collections for Garbage, Recycling, and Yard Debris
Bainbridge Disposal will provide Tuesday’s residential and commercial service on July 5. Waste Management and the City of Poulsbo services continue as normal on July 4.
