Christina Krawiecki, daughter of Jurgen and Susan Krawiecki of Port Orchard, was crowned Miss Kitsap Fair & Stampede on April 11, 2009.  Christina is seventeen years old and was born at Bremerton Naval Hospital in January 1992.  When she was eighteen months old, Christina and her family moved to a small island of the coast of Sardinia, Italy, called La Maddalena.  Her father was a Naval Officer.  While living in Italy, Christina attended Italian pre-school and was put on her first horse.  After years of asking for a horse, her parents bought Christina her Appaloosa at the age of 12.

Christina is starting her sixth year in 4-H and is currently the President of her 4-H group.  Last year, she was honored as First Runner-Up in the Miss Kitsap Fair & Stampede Pageant and in 2006 Christina was the Kitsap Saddle Club Queen.  Christina and her horse, Blue, enjoy riding in all areas of riding, including Western, English, Jumping, Gaming and Eventing.

Christina is currently attending South Kitsap High School and is a member of the National Honor Society.  She enjoys track and field, German Club and photography.  Christina's other interests include skiing, hiking, traveling and spending time at the ocean.

After high school, Christina plans to attend college where she will pursue a degree in Equine Management.

Kaytlin Kolbas, daughter of Josh and Michele Kolbas of Silverdale, was crowned Katie Kitsap 2009 by the Knights of Columbus Bremerton Council-1379.

Kaytlin is five years old, her favorite book is "The Little Engine That Could."  She loves horses, kitty cats and going on adventures!
