FUNCTION/PURPOSE |

The establishment of the
Peninsula Regional Support Network (PRSN) Advisory Board is a requirement
pursuant to RCW 71.24.
The Advisory Board works with the
PRSN Executive Board on policy guidance and program
oversight of the mental health programs within Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap Counties.
The Board helps determine procedures for the delivery of mental health services
in all three counties and develops a service plan.

MEMBERS/APPOINTMENT TERMS |
The Board is composed of fifteen members, five from each county,
who are appointed by the PRSN Executive Board. At least 51 percent
of its members must be consumers and/or family members fo consumers
of mental health services.
