How do I get a copy of a recorded document?

To obtain a copy of a recorded document, the County Auditor Recording Office would need to know the:

Approximate date that the document was recorded
Name or names of the grantor (seller) or grantee (buyer)
Copy fee was received by check or cash

Copies of documents that have been recorded since February 3, 1997 in the Auditor's Office can now be obtained online. This service is provided through an agreement with AuditorePass, a subsidiary of E-Filing.com Inc.
